Somerset Community College announces testing dates for GED
Somerset Community College has released the January through June 2008 test dates available for those wishing to take the GED Exam.
In order to take the GED exam, participants must be registered with an Adult Education provider and pass the GED Practice Test. There is an Adult Education Center in each of the counties that the Somerset Community College Test Center serves.
The GED exam may be taken at Assessment Center located in the Struck Learning Center, Room 100, on the Somerset Community college Somerset Campus. Check with your Adult Education provider in the following counties for test locations: Casey County, Clinton County, Garrard County, Lincoln County, McCreary County, Rockcastle County, and Wayne County.
All GED examinees must be pre-registered to take the exam and your Adult Education provider can help you with the process.

Science, social studies, language arts reading, and math sessions begin at 3 p.m. (EST) unless otherwise indicated in the schedule below. Language arts writing sessions begin at 5 p.m. (EST) unless otherwise noted. All day sessions are conducted as follows: 8 a.m. – math; 10 a.m. – language arts writing; 12:30 p.m. science, social studies and language, arts reading. Examinees must arrive 15 minutes prior to each exam time.
