Jan. 9 Last date for new students to apply and enroll for the 16 week / first 8 week spring semester terms. Students with unpaid tuition or without payment arrangements made with the Business Office are subject to being canceled from all classes.
Jan. 10-11 Administrative Days (Drop/adds not processed until January 14)
Jan. 14 First day of classes
Jan. 20 Last day for currently enrolled students to add classes for the spring semester. Last day to withdraw and receive a full tuition refund or remove tuition and fee liability for a regular 16-week course. Last day to drop a regular 16-week course without a grade. Students with unpaid tuition or without payment arrangements made with the Business Office for fees resulting from schedule changes are subject to having their registration canceled for non-payment.
Jan. 21 Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday
Jan. 23 Financial Aid students reported by their instructor as a no show in an on-campus class or who have not academically participated in an on-line class will be administratively withdrawn from that class or all classes.
Feb. 12 Last day to file an application for a May degree in the Registrar’s Office. Last day to withdraw from a regular 16-week course and receive a 50 percent tuition refund
