Student Exit Survey

You must complete the Student Exit Survey as part of your Graduation Application:

1. Copy or write down this password for summer 2013 and fall 2013: EXIT4134
2. Go to the Exit Survey on the Class Climate website.
3. Paste or enter the password when prompted
4. After completing the survey please print the last page and attach it to your graduation application.
