Schedule an Advising Appointment

Welcome to Somerset Community College’s online appointment scheduling system!

Scheduling an appointment with your assigned advisor

1. Select your advisor’s name from the “Select Advisor” drop-down box.
2. Select the “Service” (“Advising 30 minutes” or “Advising 60 minutes”). 
3. Then, select an available date (days that are shaded are not available) and time that best fits your needs.

You should ONLY schedule advising appointments with your assigned advisor. Advising appointments scheduled with an advisor who is not your assigned advisor will be cancelled.

*Not all advisors use this scheduling software. If your assigned advisor is not listed in the drop-down box, please contact them by phone or email to schedule your appointment.

Scheduling Academic Orientation

Select the appropriate orientation session location and date from the “Events” drop-down menu. 

Orientations are held by campus location and are specific to a division and program area. If you have a question regarding which orientation session is appropriate for your needs, please contact the Division Administrative Assistant for your program area.

Finalize your Appointment

• If you have used the scheduling system previously, simply enter your email address and finalize the appointment. 
• If you are a first-time user, you will need to enter the required information and select “Finalize Appointment”.  If you do not know your student ID number, enter the last four-digits of your social security number.  If you do not have an email address, re-enter your phone number in this block.
• You will receive an email or text message confirmation of your appointment. Additionally, you will receive a reminder notification 24-hours prior to your scheduled date.
