Customized Business and Industry

Workforce Solutions offers customized training programs for Business and Industry for today's most in-demand skill areas. Training can be provided on-site or at one of Somerset Community College's (SCC) six facilities.

A Workforce Solution's Facilitator works with company representatives to develop the training program and complete paperwork to get funding for part of the training costs.

SCC Workforce Solutions collaborates with other KCTCS community colleges and adjunct faculty to provide the specialized training if local resources are not available. College credit may be available for certain courses. Examples of the customized training courses we’ve provided include but are not limited to:
